Sadly without their major IDs. Although we already know the Major ID of Keeper of Souls (Soul Eater) as it has been in game already but it is now tradeable. As for other fableds that can be found in the beta right now:

Propeller Hat and Pain Cycle are not in any lootrun chests yet so we don't know what their major IDs are (if any).

 

Would be funny if wearing the Propeller Hat would automatically turn on the Propeller Hat skin

disappointed propeller hat dosnt give jump height because its a propeller hat that makes u fly. would be an amazing addition
