Warrior/Knight Help Help with build for Lv60 Warrior

This is my current build:

DPS ~1900 (real DPS is 1500), uppercut ~2k
I like it quite a bit because its fairly balanced on both melee and spellspam (I prefer spellspam, though.)

I was originally going to get Skien's set, but I don't really like how it just negates all spell damage considering I like spells to complement my main melee.

Is there anything I can do to improve, or should I keep this until higher level? If so, until when? Also I can't spend more than ~10k emeralds (give or take a couple thousand), so I would prefer if it was relatively budget friendly.
