Couple questions regarding Crafting

So I'm about level 30 in combat and level 30 in woodworking, about levels 40 in wood cutting and farming, I'm wondering if there's any ways besides bombs to increase the chances of higher quality materials like t3 birch wood for example, and ways to increase ingredients I'm getting from mobs and other means, like some kind of armour modifier that raises chance of higher quality ingredients or material and/or the amount of ingredients or materials I'm getting.

I mean, you could craft gathering speed comsumables (there's a handful of ingredients you can use) but otherwise not really

 

Loot bonus and Loot quality affect the ingredients you get from mobs, and they are equal in effectiveness (but only for mobs)
