    Overall it looks pretty neat. I'm definitely picking this up when it drops. The environment and setting all seem to make a great atmosphere for peach's second role as the main protagonist in a video game.

    ALSO LETS FUCKING GO THEY ADDED FUNKY KONG FOR WAVE 6 OF THE MK8D DLC WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

    I mean, I want to like it because Nintendo seems to default on damsel in distress stories way too often, but the gameplay just seems... boring? Like, movement options seem limited, and not much is shown happening at any given time. While they might be hiding the most interest parts of the game for later trailers or release, I'm just not exited from what I've seen so far.
    Also unrelated but as a Splatoon degenerate, mmmh Side Order
