Mage/Dark Wizard Help Combat Warp Build Improvements

Hi, I'm looking for a warp build.

Requirements:

• about 30 or more mana regen
  
• at least 0 raw health regen
  
• at least -100% health regen

Once those are fulfilled, I'm just looking to max out the ophanim damage.

Tomes are encouraged (see template below), also can use any items (mythic, crafted, LI, hive, etc).

But I thought I'd still ask here, since there's probably something better out there.

 

A couple things: the optimal attack speed for light bender is slow, since that allows more of the orbs to make contact before throwing them out again. Fortitude also means that -hpr is actually good for light bender, since it’ll be a lot easier to trigger.

Imo the best warp riftbender build is Birdmade’s pandemonium warp one:
