Assassin/Ninja Help Rate My Build (Acro Oblivion TW)

I just got done making a build and I wanted to know what you all think, and if you have any suggestions on what I should change, I would love to hear it.

I cant put a link to the wynnbuilder because this is my first post so ill try to describe it to the best of my abilities.

-Prosencephalon
-Libra
-Anxiolytic (absolute pain in the arse to get, I hate the Panic Zealot)
-Steamjet Walkers
-Facile
-Moon Pool Circlet
-Succession
-Contrast
-Oblivion (T6T6T6T6) (Bought it for only 7 LE, what a steal!)

13.9k hp, 37k ehp, 21.5 ehp (no agility)

20/3s mana steal, 228/3s life steal, 288 hp regen, 1850/3s poison

lvl 103
40 80(95 with oblivion) 73 40 70

even with oblivion, I still get 38/5s mana regen, and I mainly just spam multihit until I've spent enough mana to fully activate Jasmine bloom, and then fly around spell spamming.

-I get around 55-57k per multihit, and about 20k dps with jasmine bloom.
-both oblivion and steamjet walkers give dash reduced mana cost, combined with lacerate and double jump, I can basically fly infinitely as long as i dont mess up the timing.

I dont really know how much damage I should be aiming for, I do enough that I can solo the eldritch outlook with ease, but you can never deal too much damage. Any help is appreciated

I like the build though, I don’t really know of anything you could change or switch, as I’m don’t have a lot of experience with class building. But the damage is good, and considering it can sustain flight well (even with obli), it seems to me like a very well-balanced build. 8/10

it seems you have tomes boosting your ids
personally i would use something else than Anxiolytic but it seems either you have bad mr ids on obli or on other items

i wouldn't be spamming multihit since your spells already cost a lot except for dash and they'll activate jb while flying
i'd like to have a shot at improving your build but it kinda depends on how good your obli is(63 to 38 mr is a big drop), so a screenshot would be a good reference

 

Yeah i kinda cheaped out on the oblivion so its got some bad -mana regen (bad quality photo i know, i gotta dust my computer)



The reason i use anxiolytic is because i lucked out and got the full 31 mr. I kinda want to switch it for something with thunder dmg%, but if i do that it would probably tank my mr. I also like all the stat bonuses it gives.

one option I have would be to use leictreach Makani, the one i have gives me 41% bonus damage to thunder and maybe sub the steamjet walkers for capricorn to get some more mana regen. In the future once i get enough LE, im going to buy a much better oblivion (if you have any methods to farm LE, im open to suggestions).

this is bit better i think? ehp, hpr, dmg is slightly more
honestly you can just keep your current build until you get a good obli, then get a build that suits better
