Community Event 45 Player Boat EO Raid! (Ended)

Thanks to everyone who came! We got 27 players on, little bit lower than what I had wanted, but it is what it is.

We also ended up doing Panic Zealot as well.

It was utter chaos.

Here's some perspectives of the raid:

Ahoy, Me Hearties! The Pirates of the Silent Expanse is coming to raid a local eyeball near you!

With new strategies and coordination learned from the previous raid, I am continuing the series!

Everyone MUST be riding a boat wearing Galloping Spurs, a Fabled boots that allows you to attack while riding a horse (boat counts as a horse). I suggest you bring multiple boats (6 minimum) in case your boat glitches out.

If you are coming, please be mindful of what to bring. Avoid abilities that spawn entities:

• Archers:
  • Sharpshooter only. All projectiles must not summon an arrow entity. Take Phantom Ray and Homing Arrows.
• Mage:
  • No Lightbender. Trust me, your orbs probably won't even move.
  • No Ice Snake and any of its variants.
• Shaman:
  • No Summoner. The rest are okay (I may be wrong here).
• Warrior:
  • Avoid Fallen. You can use it but it can spawn those skull entities.
• Assassin:
  • Avoid Trickster. You can use it but it can spawn those decoys.

There may be more that I am not aware of, I am not an expert at ability trees.

I also request that you do not use DPS builds so we can at least enjoy the chaos a few seconds longer. We will need a lot more healers and Guardian users due to a lack of movement on boats.

You must be at the boss door before we start. Recommended to be online 30 minutes before hand or servers might be full. Bring at least 6 boats!

I might join for this if I am not doing anything else. This sounds exactly like something I would do! Also, yeah boats get left behind when you are teleported which sucks a lot.

 

How is the parkour section going to work?
