How do I get rid of quest items in quests that I've already completed?

    Yes.

    fill your inventory with emeralds, and hold more emeralds on your cursor, then click the quest item you want to get rid of. Now that you are holding the quest item, and your inventory is full, click any spot outside of your inventory gui. That should delete the quest item.
