    I mean, if you want it to look in a special way then you could always just code a mod to reformat it in the way you want

    actually not entirely because the new chat system doesn't have all the same information as the old one had.

    the level 101 pre 1.18 star
    Plus alot of info you get instantly with the old system only shows up when hovering over the messages in chat which also complicates things.

    If it is shown when hovering then it is sent, which means a mod could easily get that data xD

    So the only thing that could not be the same is the star
