I understand what it is trying to be...
a sentry turret. However I think it should give a buff to arrow bomb because when i think of sentry i think of a sniper but thats just me.

I actually think this is a unique idea but i have a feeling its unlikely it will ever get added.

Also maybe dont have it give -99 agility, i mean your going to be immobile and negative hpr anyway...
