Any Class Help Inhibitor quest

So I have recently had the misfortune of finding out about the Inhibitor chest plate dropped from qira. I say misfortune because I have a habit of trying to get the stupid, useless and hard to acquire items of wynncraft. So now that I have set my eyes on this objective I am wondering what build is the best for achieving this goal. My first thought was basically an og shaman mob grinding build but idk if loot quality will affect the Inhibitor drop chance. Also what tree to use with it and if its even possible to beat qira consistently with a build like that. So I'm reaching out to see if some people much smarter than me have any ideas for builds that would be good idea... or well bad idea
