Where is Aledar???

Has anyone else had issues finding Aledar in the Detlas Barracks???

    In Detlas for the main story and I have chosen the option to come back later for the tower quest, however Aledar is not there anymore. Everyone keeps telling me I have to talk to him to continue quest but he isnt there. Mulitple other players were having the same problem. I would like to continue the story as I am really enjoying it. Please fix this issue.

    I think this problem has come back, because I still can't see the NPC I've restarted game, /class , changed server as well. I've even changed client to normal OptiFine with no mods as I'm using Wynntils, still nothing.
