Archer/Hunter Level 85 Sharpshooter build help 2.0.3

Need a level 85-ish sharpshooter build, as the title states. More specifically a spell damage build. I want a pretty glassy build, but not 100% damage and 0% survivability

Obviously I know I shouldn't worry too much about builds until level 100+ but I'd still like some suggestions.

This is a bit of a newb question, but why does this build use raw spell damage rather than spell damage %? I don't really understand the damage calculations, hehe...

 

I didn’t specifically go for raw spell, the raw spell items just happened to be what was best for the build.
