I'm a new player, is this a good setup for me?

Is this a good enough setup? If not, what can I buy thats better for me?

Setups don't matter a significant amount at around combat 32 as you're still gaining levels extremely fast. This means any setup would become obsolete almost immediately because you will just find higher level gear that is simply better. At that level just focus on exploring all the content the game has to offer.

 

Your setup is completely fine. You might want to swap out your bracelet for something else that gives skill points, but your build is able to do anything in your level range with ease.
