Supply and Delivery Quest broken

I started the supply and delivery quest and tried to buy the crate from the market, accidentally exited out before buying and now it is not showing for purchase in the market and the NPC is saying I don't have the crate and to buy it from the market. But its not there! Anyone know how to fix? I tried /fixquests but it says i dont have any missing items. Help appreciated thanks

I'm having the same issue.. It is really frustrating as this quest is essential to unlock important game features..
/fixquests is not helping either.

Would it be possible to
1. Submit a dev ticket in order to make /fixquests work with this quest
2. Get the crate in my inventory (in-game username: "Jambon_Thug")

How can one reach out to admins when encountering this type of issue?

It literally only unlocks fast travel between detlas and alekin village, but alekin village isn't used for any quests after supply and delivery and you can just buy tp scrolls for 8 emeralds for detlas. And if the quest is broken just skip it and kill a few mobs at some grind spot to level up and do the next quests because compared to the late game quests that are far more refined and interactive these ones are pretty irrelevant (but that doesn't mean they are bad I really like the new quest revamps I'm just saying that mid and late game quests are way better).
