Mage/Dark Wizard Help Arcanist panderift

Hi I like gimmicky builds and a panderift arcanist build seems like it had a lot of promise.

I’m just looking for chaos, and enough survivability to at least try to use that chaos.

Unfortunately I have no clue where to start because I haven’t played in years and I don’t know anything abt the items rn or how this ability stuff works, so I would appreciate some handholding.

Time rift and pandemonium are tough to use together cause of the massive amount of skill points needed (literally 300, bruh) for it to work. Here’s the best I was able to do:
