Quest Book Glitched

So I am trying to click on a quest to track it nothing is appearing and my hot bar keeps popping away or just shows a big quest book and nothing else. After I try to track a quest a blue beam only pops up & if I start to run it just teleports me back to the spot I started to track it. Sometimes my inventory completely disappears or I am unable to hit mobs. I am still able to complete quests it just will not track or just glitch my character any fix?

 

Seems more like the problem is from your end = lag

 

That’s what I thought too! But even for my overlay it won’t tell me where to go on my screen I would have to open my book and go to the cords.
