Realm of Light I Quest Issues

I was playing the Realm of Light I - The Worm Holes quest with a friend, and when we got to the room where you need to kill the monsters that drop from eggs, the eggs didn't drop. We /killed ourselves after realizing they weren't going to spawn, but it turns out we cannot make it back into the room. Have we locked ourselves out of the quest permanently? What should we do?

 

Same thing happened to me, I just relogged and the issue was gone.
