Preferences: mana regen, good damage, and survivability.

Requires tomes, can change bracelet so it doesn’t, but be careful with mana regen and hpr.

Much less survivability, can assign extra skill points into defense to reach 20k ehp, but very high damage (even more if earth powder in armour reducing survivability even further)

There are probably better builds out there, and this is a bit glassy, but it should work fine. The bracelet can really be whatever works with the build

Playstyle: Any
Restrictions: Must use Boreal, no mythics over 3stx other than Weathered
Preferences: ideally, in this build, Boreal is the best option for boots, and I couldn’t just switch it out for some other better pair

 

if it wasn't for the 3stx restriction, a hpr cancel warp would've been funny to see

 

Class: archer
Play style: preferably spell spam
Restrictions: no mythics, no crafteds, max level 81 (could go a little higher, if you want to go 85 for torrential tide I’m ok with it)
Preferences: sharpshooter or trapper, cheap, good dps, broken balance is good to use since I have a good one, I also want good survivability

pour remaining sp into def if survivability is needed
Booster Plate gives you a bit more sp/ehp at the expense of 16 less max mana regen/lower dmg
if ehp is your main priority then replace chest with Adamantite

hppeng wynnbuilder is updated for 2.0.3

for scrap, i would just put on morph or xp boost armor and go with a party with healers
maybe with sharpshooter you could maybe snipe the mobs with Twain's Arc if that's feasible

Preferences: A decent amount of walk speed

Preferences: trapper, survivable, and 100k+ dps, and maybe walk speed if you can fit it in
