Lost FORUM Account

Hi, I started playing again about a month ago and recently bought a rank. I then realized that I no longer have access to my old forum account as the email associated with it was deleted. That was also the forum account that has been linked to my minecraft account. So my question is if it is possible for me to either a) recover that old account so that I can have access to my ranked perks and banner on my forum account or b) unlink my minecraft account and relink to my new forum account (this one).
