BAN appeals error

I am Japanese so please allow me to use a translator. I was recently banned from wynncraft for using afk macros. So when I tried to make a ban appeal from the wynncraft forum, I got a forums.wynncraft.com host error code 502 and was unable to use it. Is there any way to get rid of this error code 502? Also, is there any other way to appeal a ban?

sadly the only way to appeal a ban is through the forums. im in the same situation as you right now but the error seems to be on the sites side. i dont think we can do anything but wait till it gets fixed.

It's a known issue and the Admin Team is working on it.

In cases where the Appeals system broke, we have historically requested members make their appeals via the Conversations system to help them out, so that's one way of contacting the Staff Team to make an appeal in cases where ban appeals are unavailable.
