Shaman/Skyseer Help Lvl 70 Shaman summoner build

Can anyone help me make a good Lvl 70 Shaman Summoner Build.
I want it to have a good bit of health, but also good damage for the summons.

My current build has 10800 Ehp and i have about 1300 dps.
