    Hello, I visited a housing island a while back and I saw a public message board.

    I've been trying things out but I'm not sure if it's the right way to do it. Is there a tutorial on how to do it? I would greatly appreciate any help.

    Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out. You just have to make a region around the message board and allow use privileges inside the region.
