Assassin/Ninja Help Shadestepper

I have my old Wynncraft 1.0 Assassin build, and I wonder if I can improve it for the Shadestepper class. The only requirement is a dex build with the most thunder damage on one weapon, which at the time was roulette if there is a higher thunder damage weapon. Let me know, please!

Brass Brand with t6 powders does a bit more damage
Cataclysm obviously has higher damage but it's expensive & needs a whole different setup because of the sp requirement
