Archer/Hunter 2.0.2 Spring Build

Hello!
I am looking for a (well, two) spring build(s)!
Due to the switch-around of some ability-tree perks for archer, I feel like my spring build that I had pre-2.0.1 patch got horrifically nerfed.
As a result, I am looking for a new spring build. People claim that it is good, but not as busted as before.

I am curious about a regular spring build and a crafted spring build to be able to run raids and dungeons.
So, something I want from either type of build is:
-Mythic Boots are okay, but not the overpriced ones (I am poor and cannot afford Crabs, Resurgence, and Moontower).
-I would like something spell oriented, main damage coming from arrow bomb and / or arrow storm. I want to also be able to spam it, so perhaps some form of mana sustain?

I often see people in raids carrying springs and having armor sets that are crafted and that deal an insane amount of damage. I was wondering if I could potentially get a crafted build, too.
