Best Mana Items?

So, I'm a mage, and it is excruciating to watch your mana slowly recharge while you get mauled. So to solve that problem, I wanted to know the best armor piece or wand for mana recharging. The problem with that, is the item page doesn't filter upon mana... So, now I'm relying on the community to tell me whether or not I'm a hopeless mage with no dreams of ever getting mana recharge to 100%, or I get the armor of my dreams.
