Having trouble in the website store

I've been trying to purchase Champion rank in the store all day but whenever I try adding it to my basket, it loads as it normally would but then my basket shows no change.

I've tried other usernames (of my friends) and it shows there just as normal, and likewise they try my username and it doesn't show.
The same goes for all ranks as I try to purchase them.

I can buy other things without issue, and I'm pretty confused.
I sent an email to support, but the only response I got was a 10% off code for the store, and no actual comment on my issue.

 

Try recording a video of your issue, and let them know that it has trouble processing the request to purchase the ranks for your Minecraft account.

It's alright to send them another email with what's going on in more detail. I'm sure there was just some misunderstanding on their end.

I just tried to select a rank using your account name and the same issues came up, so it's not related to your browser or computer, but an issue with your account and the request most likely not processing correctly on the store. Feel free to let them know that other people cannot buy ranks for you either because of the same issue.

I got a response from support and it's apparently a tebex issue since I had refunded Champion rank in the past but the store doesn't recognize that change apparently. I've contacted their support now, so I suppose it's just a matter of waiting now ^^
