Archer/Hunter Help TCC/TNA build for archer no mythics

Need builds for both please preferably above 30k ehp and enough damage not to get clowned on (also 30~le budget)

 

Playstyle would be bs arrow hurricane spam preferably

 

High damage version (25k ehp). Also has 16k melee dps to fall back on if your run out of mana.
