More damage, better mana and health sustain, slightly less ehp and ws.
Alternatively, you can swap Cumulonimbus for Morph-Stardust and Soulflare for Libra
If you don't like using melee between spells, I suggest using this build instead. (Replace Epilogue with Pro tempore or something if you don't have it)
