    Why make an Orange Wybel plushie why not a General Graken action figure

    Or an Orphion mug

    Or like Aledar Deoderant

    We have all these options but they went with Orange Wybel why

    Whenever Wynn merch gets brought up wybel plushies are always at the forefront of what the community talks about. Anything else is more niche in comparison

    They're perfectly friend-shaped, that's why.

    But I feel like it's also relevant that Orphion, Lari, Aledar and other prominent character NPCs are all relatively recent in Wynns overall content history (1.19 release was just barely not 2020) while Wybels have existed since 2016, not to mention having been a sort of mascot for Wynn since then as well. It would make sense to choose a more recognizable, more well-known to older players, and overall morge huggable icon for a special plushie.

    these kind of things only work if we can make them at scale. unfortunately i don't think enough people would buy a graken action figure to make that work... unless you promise to buy 200 by yourself
