Assassin/Ninja Help Shadestepper LVL 100

Hello! I'm a returning player and first time doing high level content with 2.0 combat in general, I'd love a build that would allow me catch up, get my assassin to lvl 104, that sort of stuff (I'm getting my cheeks handed to with my current gear doing any sort of lvl 100+ content)

Preferably no mythics, Crafted items or LI
And yes I unfortunately started playing again just earlier today which means I missed the hero event, so no gear from there too sadly (mentioning this since I saw epilogue being used 30 times in the builds that I had seen)
