i would like to keep the hephaestus forged sabatons and 0 int spell dmg rings

also i would like to have similar or higher dps and higher ehp and better sustain

crafteds can be used

entire build must be less than 1 stx

 

The first thing to know is that spell damage % is a completely useless ID for The Nothing, since it only affects base weapon dps, which is very low for The Nothing. Those crafted rings you're using are basically empty slots. Here's a crafted ring that'll be much better for your build since it has raw spell: https://hppeng-wynn.github.io/crafter/#14u4u4u4u4u4u9W91. Next you should replace Leictreach Makani with Dark Shroud, since the latter gives more ehp and more damage when accounting for skill points. Finally, you may choose to replace the helmet with dissociation or this crafted helmet for comparable damage with better mana sustain.

EDIT: oh yeah, Delta's right. Manastorm is useless cause no intelligence. I always forget about that smh. Either grab breathless, or take purification instead of manastorm in the trees I gave.

manastorm is useless since you dont have intel, so i added breathless for extra dmg

 

shouldnt manastorm still work if i had above 100 mana from mana bank?

also do i sustain using mana steal or do i need mr pots (nvm i forgot mana bank exists lmao)

AND also are there any better builds that can be made (without restrictions other than under 1stx and using the nothing, and arcanist)

 

You're over 100 mana at that point, so even though you meet the requirements for regening the mana, you can't cause the extra mana can't overflow your max mana.
