Very bad ping ONLY in wynncraft during 9am - 2pm EST

It's been going on for the last 1.5 years but at around 8.30pm to 2am in my country (GMT+7) or 8.30am - 2pm in EST. And you might be saying it a bad internet its not, during that time I tried playing on other servers like Hypixel or even playing other multiplayer game and everything seems fine nothing unusual. I like to know if any other people also having this issue and are there a way to fix it. It's literally unplayable during that time, action are usually delayed by 30 secs or more.

 

Most likely it has something to do with wynn's proxies being overloaded at that time.
When I had similar issues I just relogged until it was fine. I am afraid that all you can do for now

 

Yeah, its got to be proxy. I tried using VPN to use American Proxy and it just solved my problem. I think the issue was my country's wynncraft proxy which might be malfunctioning or smth weird that it only happened at night maybe I can report the problem somewhere?
