Lag Issues

So recently I've been experiencing major lag issues.

I've pretty much had all these happen:
1) Falling through the world upon logging into a class.
After that I would either get moved to another world or actually load
in but be extremely laggy.
2) Being able to log in like usual but then having extreme issues constantly.
3) Being able to log in normally but then experiencing some occassional (but pretty major) ping spikes.

Let me go into a bit more detail.

It's not FPS related, I always have 100+ fps.

My ping normally is about 150 and when this issue occurs
it spikes up t0 5.000+

Since this is internet related, I of course did a speed test at a time when
I was experiencing such issues and internet speed was normal.

I have also checked for packet loss and it is always 0% loss.

I even tried joining other servers while experiencing such issues on wynn
and no problems there either.

This issue has been happening for the last 15-20ish days.
Furthermore, the lag isn't even consistant. Some days it's there
some not. Even in the same day some hours it's there some not.
It's not widespread server lag either cause other people on at those times from
other EU countries (I live in Europe) or anywhere really have no issues (yes even in the same WC).

The only "fix" so far was to just wait until it stopped lagging.
I've got no idea why it sometimes lags and sometimes not though.

How could I go about actually fixing this?
