Do Class Reskins Still Change Things?

Pretty much just the title.

I was playing Hunter (archer reskin) and noticed that the projectiles/spell names aren't changed like they used to be. The only difference is the name on the website and in the class selection screen.

 

There's only a very few slight differences now.
Only ones I can think of right here and now are the escape fastfall landing attack if you unlock it, phantom ray if you unlock it, but without the damage upgrade (yes seriously, having it turns it into the normal particle colours) and uppercut (all versions)
oh and ice snake/meteor, but yeah, all the custom names are gone
