just want to tell a story

First of all, let me say sorry for my bad English, i m a Chinese, if you see some grammar issue during the story, i will be sorry for giving you bad feeling.
Also, sorry for taking the public resources, just let the story begin.

I got banned by mod for like two days ago because of using afk marco.
At that time i was just join a party, entered the scrap yard and started getting xp for my warrior,. Warrior have a spell called war scream, it can drag mobs to you, in party, this spell can help warriors get so much xp.
So i used it every 3 second, cause that will just cost your original mana, it doesn't cost you more.
Once i entered the scrapyard and getting xp for like 10 minutes, my laptop start crushing, my POV stuck at the reality of servers time more like 10 minutes ago.
rencently i always stay at xp party, so i get used to it, i just kept using spell every 3 second counting in my mind.
After a while , i got kicked by the server, when i try to log on again, it said that i m been banned.
I follow my friend's advice to send a private appeal for my ban, try to get a unban for this, cause i really, really didn't use afk marco.
On forum, i kept trying to talke to the mod about this, i also said that if you don't believe me ,you can unban me first, and once you see i have similar performance like this, you can ban me anytime you want, i deserve that
But all i got is my appeal is denied.
Yesterday i had waited for mod's reply for like 12 hours, and all i got is a denial.
Today i try my best to dm mod on discord, trying to let them talke with me, but all i got is empty.
Seems really sad, right? that's how i feel when seeing the denial, my game passion suddenly disappeared.
I cried for a bit and took a shower to calm down myself, then i realized i still do something wrong.
I shouldn't said that "if you don't trust me, you can watch my performance later", cause they don't know if i will make more trouble on the server
I know that mod's job might be voluntary, and i do understand that, it's hard to maintain a good game community for so long.
I know my explanation to mods seems like so suspicious, because there is no true evidence show that I'm just lag instead of using afk marco.
I finally learned that there is an old saying in China: "when teacher said you are wrong, then you are wrong."
Sincerely, i'm really sorry, sorry for that, sorry for trouble mods, sorry for trouble everything.
Now i don't know what to do, just want to share this story to you guys, whether you like or not ,thanks you for reading this.
I joined wynncraft for like a month ago, and during a month i had played this game for more like 400 hours, I really like this game, so, so much.
Now all i feel is sad, nothing but sad.
I'm not here to let you show mercy for me or something, or even want my account back( even though i really want to let my account back)

This kind of sucks, but at least wynncraft doesn't auto deny appeals without even looking at your evedence. How long is the ban?

 

Look, the worst case scenario is you can create a new account and not use any macros.
I hope you dont stay sad and its normal to feel this way when you put time into someting you enjoy.

I hope you can appeal for it and mention that you did do a mistake which was only a macro on the keyboard due to time restrictions which you did not know was bannable it seems. An honest mistake maybe I can't decide that is for the moderator and you seem to understand that they try to keep the game/community away from this which is positive.

Hopefully you can appeal for it again just keep it short and mention that you have invested time etc and I hope they understand with at least only a temporary ban.

Like I said worst case scenario just make a new account and enjoy the game, I hope your issue gets resolved in the best way possible take care!
