What was the saddest moment in 2.1?

I think the saddest moment was when Ava sacrificed herself to stop the fruman arch queen from summoning Dark Lari

 

When Bak'al corrupted Tasim, who then said: "Well, there is a war inside the Fruman walls now"

 

When Seaskipper jumped infront of Lari's egirl beam to save you, the player, and says "Go on, defeat her so we can Wynn the craft"

 

I hated how they brought Aledar back to life to help fight the Fruman queen. Character deaths should have lasting consequences! So sad that the story is going in such a bad direction.

 

lol at all the guys mentioning the lore. no one cares about that. by far the saddest moment was when the devs nerfed Runeforging into the ground despite it not being overpowered while leaving the utterly busted Chronomancy untouched. As someone who spent days worth of time getting into Tier 11+++ of it it feels like wynncraft is outright giving me the middle finger

 

disagree. imo, the runeforging nerf was deserved, certain rune combinations would give you busted stats. my friend grinded out a t6 mythic supernova rune, the first on the server. despite the name, it isn't even that hard to get, all you need is to get thirteen dark essence from fruman queen, convert it to blank essence at the ek altar, and then fight asenmon, king of the stars a couple times for his stardust drop and bam, there you have it. those bosses aren't even that hard if you're running a good quintaelemental aselkok build, and once he applied it to his tsarlnakan, corrupted fruman queen got four-shot by meteor

should one of the hardest bosses in the game get fourshot? no! runeforging is also by far the easiest prof, makes the most money, and the draconic crest is also just way too good

I hated the Monumenta-Wynn crossover quest in which Calder was revealed to have broken the Veil to bring in the Wools to conquer the Wynnic realms. It introduces the Wynn multiverse, which is a massive problem and honestly lazy writing on its own, as well as needlessly catering to fan service by revealing that the events of Monumenta were in Wynn's past and that the Dern Beast was manipulating Calder all along. I was somewhat interested in the fact that they teased a Backways Bar crossover with the appearance of Calennius when they killed Calder in the final cutscene, and as usual, I have mixed feelings on runeforging as Ek armor infusions trivialize post-Fruma content.

Oh cool the real salted commented, but I really can’t forgive you after you confirmed clock mystery will never be added back into the game but it will be replaced with the corrupted cow mystery, it doesn’t really have the same ring to it tbh

 

I also heard they would have a crossover with Roblox doors, like how would that even work

 

The saddest part for me was when I lost my mythic Bright Edge after parrying the Ancient Mariner, why is that bug still a thing

saddest moment was when we flew to space and then saw the map was actually all zentrela and aledar said its always has been zentrela

 

i think it's pretty sad how boots as a whole were removed in the update, although they also removed mythics altogether alongside this, so there's a good tradeoff. still upset that my feet will hurt when walking around from now on

 

saddest part was when maoi, grian’s cat inserted into Wynncraft said “it’s frumin time” and sacrificed himself to kill the fruma Queen before she could freeze the ice castle from frozen 2

 

It really hit deep when the player confronted Dern Beast and Dern Beast said "So the time has come... but despite your craftiness, you shall not wynn."
