    Yes, it is Fruma, and the letters do in fact say "Coming soon". This change was published to the map a few months ago, I don't blame you for not having seen it.

    Unpopular opinion but I really wish that the text on the map just said "coming soon" normally, having it in the ingame special language is cool for a week but then it just confuses new players.

    I just now considered the fact that probably around 5% of fruma is the worthless area from the tutorial that is stated to be the road to wynn
