Four new accessory rewards from NoL!

I know this is a much smaller changelog than people were expecting, and I do want to take a moment to explain why; in the last update cycle, a lot of us have been busy with irl stuff, and our CT time has been spent on other more pressing projects (ingredient balance, contributing to AT balance, prepping for the enormous Fruma workload, other stuff we can't leak yet!). Non-crafted items are, relatively speaking, in a pretty good place balance wise (compared to crafteds, class balance, etc), so I would say to continue to expect item changelogs on the smaller side for the time being. There will still be occasional new item drops when content allows, and once the more pressing stuff is addressed changelogs should get bigger again.

Precedent is with new items we give people time to find them on their own instead of just spoiling them right away, market screws that up but we still do it on principle anyway bc we prefer to do it that way

 

PSA: The 2nd spell cost on Reckoning is supposed to be a percentage instead of a raw value. This will be fixed before release.
