i lost my quest items

    hello, the fact is that I lost the necessary quest items for Temple of the legends apart from those I lost others but I don't know what they are, the fact is that I had them in my inventory but emptying them to save more loot I threw them by mistake and I didn't I know how to recover them to continue with that mission and I don't know what to do now
