favourite and least favourite one-off npc

    when i say one off npc i mean npcs that only appear in one quest and are not particularly relevant to the story, or characters that only appear once for a single event and then have never appeared again, or just general obscure characters.


    my fav is probably hans from rol3 and my least favourite is dado the racist
