Shaman/Skyseer Help How good is this build?

I've played with this build for a while, but just thought that it could be smart to try to get input from other people to try to improve it

For context this was originally a pandemonium build pre 2.0, but I switched it out with Megabyte due to the changes with the Madness ID.

Powder the armour and its complete.

 

Mana sustain looks a little low, but otherwise it looks good.
