Unable to start "The Sewers of Ragni" quest

I have reached the NPC Jenprest to begin The Sewers of Ragni quest, but he won't accept the "Yes I am ready now!" option 1. When 1 is pressed, nothing happens, conversation remains where it is.

Have I missed something? Is it stuck?

 

Open chat then use your cursor to click on option 1.

 

are you sure he doesn't mean that when he presses option 1 nothing happens, and not that when he presses the 1 key?

Let me know if it worked, you can either press the button that is assigned to highlight the first box on the left of your hotbar (usually it's 1 on your keyboard but i like to use R personally) or you can open chat and click it.

I'll try pressing T to open chat then use the mouse but I expect the same result will happen.

I can try this in about 6 hours.

 

Opening the chat and clicking it worked. Cheers guys.

I had to open chat and click on the first option. Pressing key "1" didn't work.
