   When I tried to redeem my free crate, I was redirected to tebex.
   
   Why do I need to input my first and last name, email address, country, and postal code or zip code, just to check out a free crate? I'm not even speaking rhetorically here. Why was there a change?

   Billing information. Wynncraft Store is exactly what it says on the tin, and Tebex needs to know who is buying what (see also: Tebex Privacy Policy), even if the "bought" item is a freebie.
   
   They could make the Tebex bit redundant for claiming free items, but it is what it is. At least now there's support for payment methods other than PayPal!
