The Final Form


Skyblock and Wynncraft are very similar games. They are both RPG’s, which means you level up, explore the map, and complete quests. Let’s dive into the concepts that make up these games.


Chapter I: Hypixel Skyblock


Reason I: Open-World Game
SkyBlock is a free and open-world game to play. There are thousands of active players and an island for each one of them. SkyBlock Islands can be customized in any way. There are creative players who build entire cities on their islands, and those who build pixel art to those who want just a cobblestone platform with some decor.

Reason II: Custom Items
Hypixel SkyBlock has more than 1,000 custom items. Some are used as weapons/armor like the Livid Dagger and the Shadow Assassin armor.

In mods like NEU you can change the item name of items (Aspect of the Dragons → (Customized) Aspect of the Revenant). There are also Drills like the Divan’s Drill.

Reason III: Player Buffs
Instead of 20♡, you have 100♡. Leveling Farming and Fishing increases health from 100 to up to 400. Finding all 238 Fairy Souls gets you an extra 500. Also there are Defense, Speed, Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Strength, Mining Fortune, Intelligence, Pristine, Farming Fortune, Ability Damage, and Ferocity.

Reason IV: Monsters
Hypixel SkyBlock has a lot of monsters to defeat like Zombies and Endermen.
There are also Runic monsters with 4x their regular health.


Reason V: [YOUTUBE]rs

Now you know why SkyBlock is a good game… It's not over yet!!! There are also SkyBlock [YOUTUBE]rs!!! There are people who just play Minecraft, like Intrests, Palikka, Technoblade, ThirtyVirus, and Refraction. There are also youtubers who play other games, like Dragoon, and TommyInnit. Why are all of them the same… They are all [YOUTUBE]rs with 30,000 subscribers at least.



[YOUTUBE]rs, Reason VI: The Uprising

The Uprising is a [YOUTUBE]r event although not all players participating were [YOUTUBE]rs. 24:00 before the event started, a timer would show up on the players’ scoreboard that looked like this:

The Uprising was a 1-time event that happened at the end of Mayor Dante’s term (5 days) In SkyBlock year 127-128 (March 31-April 9). When The Uprising started, These lines would appear in chat:

[BOSS] Dante: I see you have come to me with evil intentions, Technoblade!

….. 3000 lines later …..

[BOSS] Dante: So, Let the death match begin!

[BOSS] Dante: Goons, punish them all!

After all the goons are killed, A beacon will be summoned at the hub portal and a giant Slime will be summoned after the beacon rises. That giant Slime is Dante but morphed. He has 10,000,000,000 health. After this till Dante is at 3,600,000,000 health, Technoblade, thirtyvirus, and Refraction dealt 7 billion damage combined. It was not 10 billion combined because someone just went into Technoblade’s lobby while Dante was at 36% health and typed “/killdante” in the chat.

Reason VII: Dragoon/Technoblade (rip)

Do you watch YouTube? I think Dragoon and Technoblade (rip) are the best youtubers if you play on Hypixel a lot. They also give tricks to farm potatoes and do fishing in the game of Minecraft.



Reason VIII: The first reason I think Dragoon and Technoblade (rip) are good is that they make good content. Dragoon says he made thousands of minutes of content and still doesn’t know how to make fishing look fun. Dragoon’s epic dragon fight on the Skyblock Sandbox server in “The 1,000,000,000,000,000 coin profile (Hypixel Skyblock)” and in “The Life of a Non (Hypixel Skyblock)” also made thousands of views.


Reason IX: The next reason is that their videos are funny. Dragoon’s channel description says “ I try to make you laugh, especially while playing video games.” Technoblade (rip) also farmed 500 million potatoes in a year across 3 episodes. He also fought Dante and dealt 5 billion damage to him (Half of Dante’s health) during The Uprising.


Reason X: The last reason is that they give tricks and tips. Technoblade (rip) tells you to farm potatoes. Dragoon tells you how to get every pet in Skyblock.

Chapter II, Reason I: Wynncraft


Wynncraft is a free-to-play MMORPG that can be played inside Minecraft with no mods or add-ons. The latest update right now is 1.20.4 Gavel Reborn. Wynncraft is a lot like HSB, but has some differences. There is a lot of lore about things in Wynncraft like the War of the Realms, Dogun War, and the WynnExcavation company . Those can be found in quests like The Realm of Light, WynnExcavation, and Dwarves and Doguns. Also, the 2.0 Update: Spellbound is being released this summer. It revamped builds/quests like Kandon-Beda, Nesaak, Thesead, and more, The revamped quests are The Ultimate Weapon, Cowfusion, and more. It adds Ability Trees and Class Archetypes.


Reason II: The Map

The Wynncraft map is one of the biggest in existence. It stretches from the freezing cold Ice Canyon to the far north of the Realm of Light. All this combined gives you a total of 5,862,450,000 Blocks (5862450000 m³). There are 3 (or 5 if you count the unreleased provinces). Wynn, Gavel, Corkus, and Dern and Fruma (might come in Spellbound 2.0)

Reason III: Quests

Quests are tasks given By Quest NPC’s across the map. Quest NPCs have a green name tag. Quests range from a short quest like Enzan’s Brother to a very long one like A Hunter’s Calling. Currently The hardest quest is the House of Twain, a Level 49 quest. A Hunter’s Calling is the longest quest. It begins in the Silent Expanse [Lv. 100+] and requires you to travel across Wynn, Gavel, and Corkus defeating bosses like Aledar and Tasim. It is a representation of “if the player fought for the wrong side”.

Reason IV: Emeralds

Emeralds are the base currency in Wynncraft. You get them from selling items, lootrunning [Part V], and finishing quests. The value of emeralds are listed below:

• 1 EmeraldBlock = 64x ₁
  
  
• 1 LiquidEmerald = 64x ₆₄ or 4096x ₁
  
  
• 1 Stx = 64x ₄₀₉₆ or 4096x ₆₄ or 262144x ₁

Emeralds can be upgraded and downgraded at Emerald and Liquid Merchants.

Reason V: Loot Running

Loot Running is when players utilize Loot Bonus and Quality to get items like mythics. The soft cap is 80 for LB and 40 for LQ. Players often choose a good route like Corkus, and Canyon Of the Lost→Molten Heights→Sky Islands. The chance of finding a mythic is 1 in 2,000. The lootrunner trio found 58 mythics in ~100K chests with 40 LQ, but another player found a mythic in less than 2000 Chests with 0 LQ.
