Mage/Dark Wizard Help Need Help with improving Arcanist Build.

Have been trying to make my own build for arcanist for awhile, and my end result hasn't felt great.

Build:
> Morph-Stardust
> Libra
> Sagittarius
> Violet-Shift
> Ingress
> Ingress
> Prowess
> Diamond Fusion Necklace
> Quetzalcoatl [f4e2e2f4] + Lunar Spine Offhand

Mana sustain is a pain if thunderstorm dosent hit, movement speed dosen't feel the best since I have a low roll on Quetza, Powders are intentionally low to be able to use neutral dmg from violet shift, And apparently Quetza arcanist can hit above 40k meteors, but it's abit of a struggle to hit that mark without winded.

Hoping to either increase dps or increase movement speed and hence survivability, or increase mana sustain.
I would like to keep using Quetza and Entropy ID, unless a non-mythic weapon will outdps Quetza, and preferably stay away from crafteds unless necessary.

If little to no improvments can be made, it will be reassuring to know that I just have a skill issue, rather than a build issue.

Additional Note: What is the best mythic for mage atm? Thought it was singularity for the longest time, but then 2.0 happened and now I'm not so sure anymore.

quetz is prob the wand that gets the most amount of dmg nowadays, but monster and lament are pretty good for riftbender

 

Are lower tier powders not needed for the neutral dmg on Quetza for Violet-Shift?

 

im not sure, but i think you just need to have at least 1 neutral dmg in the weapon
