they placed sanctions on russia they bombed ukraine so most ppl ended service towards russia to fight back.. maybe if the war ends it might come back until then your outta luck

 

You should use something like surfshark VPN to make it think you're in a different country and give it to you.

Or I think you can change your country on the tebex check-out.
