Assassin/Ninja Lvl 76 Shadestepper build

Hi! I'm a looking for high damage DPS spellspam build for my lvl 76 shadestepper assasin. High mana regen, and multi hit damage is what I would prefer, since i mostly just go invisible, multihit, repeat. Oh, and i mainly focus on INT and DEX and i rly like Chakram, but any weapon is fine. My budget is around 22 le. Thanks in advance.

Seems good, but maybe without champion set, and also would like to dump skill points only in INT and DEX, cus i wanna try that out. Its just for fun

 

it's just a worse build but i guess if you cant use champ it's fine
