Mage/Dark Wizard Speed/Warp build, no Mythics/Crafted

Hi, any speedy teleport build?
Preferably no Mythics or Crafted. Unless there's an alternative option provided. :)

 

Do you mean no mythics other than warp? And what archetype would you like?

7k ophanim per melee (14k with full winded). Middle of the road tankiness, but 9k heals. 129% speed + blink = brrrr * 2

24k meteors (70k with full winded). Slightly less tanky than the arcanist build, but has better life sustain due to heal. 156% speed + blink + time dilation = brrrr^2
