I have a lot of ingredients in my bank. How should I know which one is useful and is not.

Technically I think every ingredient is useful, since even spamming statistically bad ingredients when crafting is good for profession xp! I wouldn't keep more than a stack of anything tho.
I have 1 page in my bank for every rarity of ingredient, but when you get to high levels you might need to dedicate more pages to that. My highest character is only lv50.

Usefulness is a very subjective thing.
If you mean useful by whether it will sell for Eb/Le on the TM then I would suggest going to the TM and searching up that specific ingredient and seeing how much it sells for.

If you mean useful for crafting for yourself, then I would just look at the ids and see if you want that on your crafteds, but like Impzbot said
And of course, you could just take a screenshot of them all and put it in the Trade Market section of the forums here to sell them if you wanted to do that.

I would recommend not keeping a lot of ingredients in bank because it takes up a lot of space eventually.
only a few ingredients are actually used in crafted armors, and those are mostly higher levels
